We offer a number of wedding services to meet your needs.  Prices depend on how much you would like us to do.  You can simply request a consultation for helping with your budget or finding a venue.  However, we can also oversee the planning and the actual event. 

Any wedding service can be customized to fit your needs.   During the initial consultation, we will be able to determine your goals and your vision for a perfect wedding.  With this information, we can completely plan, organize and detail your wedding by establishing a customized budget, as well as discuss time lines and venues that fit into your budget and needs. Whether you choose to have us involved in the whole wedding process, only have the initial consultation, or even just use It's All About You Events as a resource, at the end of the process you will have an extravagant wedding service tailored just for you.

Please note that all of our packages (detailed below) offers unlimited phone and email availability, along with unlimited meetings with you, your fiance or specified vendors.

Hourly Wedding Planner Service

This service is for the couple who only has one or two issues to address, like finding the right band or location, etc...

Full Service Wedding Planner Service

This service is for the busy couple who needs the hands-on professional help from the wedding planner from the very beginning to the end.  Weddings are all about love - so shouldn't you love your wedding?

This service includes the following plus all items provided in the Rehearsal and Wedding Day Planning Service:

• Initial consultation with the happy couple
  
• Unlimited phone and email availability (24/7)
  
• Unlimited planning meetings (with yourself or vendors)
  
• Assistance in preparing a budget
• Preparation of a schedule/timeline and checklists
• Assistance with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
• Assistance with selecting a color scheme, theme and style for the wedding
• Assistance with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired
• A list of preferred vendors
• Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors
• Scheduling of appointments - we will accompany clients to vendor meetings
• Coordination with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
• Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors' services/products
• Assistance with choosing of invitations
• Assistance with tracking RSVPs and who will be attending

Wedding Planning Service

This service is for the couple that has started the planning, found the venue, and the major items that may be needed in planning their wedding, but they need someone to help them complete the process. It covers all the unfinished details that the couple needs assistance with and helps make the couple's vision a reality.

This service includes the following plus all items provided in the Rehearsal and Wedding Day Planning Service:

• Initial consultation with the happy couple
• Unlimited phone and email availability (24/7)
• Schedule of appointments - we will accompany clients to vendor meetings
• Coordination with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
• Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors' services/products
• Assistance with choosing invitations
• Assistance with tracking RSVPs and who will be attending
• Making sure reception and ceremony areas are set up as you have planned (i.e. decor, etc)
  
• Itineraries to be provided to vendors
• Walk-through with client at the selected sites for the wedding/reception
• Timelines prepared the month of the wedding
• Consultation with vendors the month of the wedding
• Meeting reviews of all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding

"Day-of" Wedding Planner Service

• Consultations with the happy couple
• Unlimited phone and email availability (24/7)
• Check with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
• Attendance oversight and direction of the ceremony and reception (up to 8 hours)
• Reception of deliveries and greeting of vendors
• Making sure reception and ceremony areas are set up as you have planned (i.e. decor, etc)
  
• Assistance with handing out wedding flowers pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc...
• Wedding emergency kit
• Getting wedding party in place to walk down the aisle.
  
• Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc...
• Helping the photographer get the pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
• Making sure reception area is set up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc...
• Arrangement of grand entrance
• Handling of any problems that come up with the caterer
• Making sure things are running on schedule
• Making sure all vendors receive final payments, as needed
• Collection of gifts received at wedding to be delivered to pre-arranged spot

The Rehearsal and Wedding Day Planning Service

It's All About You Events will handle every detail on the day of the wedding so that you, your wedding party, your family can relax and enjoy your biggest moment.

This service includes:

Rehearsal

• Consultations with the happy couple
• Unlimited phone and email availability (24/7)
• Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
• Attendance and direction, coordinated at the rehearsal (up to two hours)
• Final collection of wedding items at rehearsal to be set up on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favours, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc...

Wedding Day

• Check with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
• Attendance oversight and direction of the ceremony and reception (up to 8 hours)
• Reception of deliveries and greeting of vendors
