The day of our wedding ceremony was absolutely phenomenal!  Halifax, Nova Scotia is beautiful and you were able to capture the essence of Halifax on our special day.   We enjoyed meeting you and cannot thank you enough for making our day so special.

Craig, I wanted to write to you to tell you that you and your staff are absolutely amazing.  We didn't know what we wanted exactly for our wedding, just that we wanted something small. At first, I tried to tackle the planning myself; after starting to stress out over everything and not being able to choose anything, my fiance said "let's just get a planner". It didn't help that we live in Vancouver, and was trying to plan for a wedding in Halifax, however, we were told to check out It's All About You Events. The expertise and knowledge you provided was out of this world and after the first phone call we were sure we found the right person.

The day of the wedding was amazing! We had been playing with decor and were putting bits and pieces of what it would be like together based on photos, but did not think our day could look as spectacular as it was, the day of our wedding blew our minds. Everything looked absolutely breath taking.  All of our guests had an amazing time, and were so impressed with everything.

Ted & I first spoke of hiring a wedding planner after only a few months of being engaged, I realized I was quite the perfectionist... I knew what I wanted but I was not sure how to execute it.  I began finding it difficult to have an elegant and unique wedding, because I was overwhelmed with the amount of details and work necessary to carry it out far.  Hiring It's All About You Events was the best decision we ever made!

I can't believe that the time has passed so quickly, most often people only take the time to complain, however, I am thinking the opposite. I want to take the time to write a letter complimenting you. 

Both John Michael and I want to thank you for all of your hard work before, on and during our wedding. 

When it came down to asking someone to help organize and plan our wedding, there was really no thinking about who we would ask. You automatically came to mind. 

We knew that with having you as our wedding planner things would get done! You showed such great passion for the small little details (e.g. like matching your shirt and tie to our color scheme), that really made our day more memorable. 

It is that kind of attention to small details that really makes you stand out as a wedding planner. Your attention to detail has made our wedding day everything we were looking for and more. You really are truly what most women look for on their wedding day. 

You were so attentive to our needs and knew our taste so well that you did not need to be guided in anyway. We trusted you 100%. 

You have such a wonderful way with people that even when things would get a bit hairy (like when the best man's tie was no where to be found) you were there to handle the situation with poise while getting a replacement within minutes. 

We both wanted to tell you just how much of a truly integral part of our special day you really were. It just wouldn't have been the same without you. 

Because of you, my mother, John Michael’s parents and all of our guests had the most remarkable evening - a memory that will stay with us for a long time to come.

Baby Shower, August 2, 2009

Thanks for such a lovely baby-shower!

The decorations, the games, and your sense of humour, made the day go so well. I have had a number of people tell me how much fun they had! You took the hassle out of planning and maintaining our baby-shower, therefore I had more time to spend with our guests. 

I know it is not typical to have a baby-shower after your baby is born, but we wanted to wait until we came home from Alberta to have our baby-shower with all of our family and friends. 

Everyone has commented on the fact that you made this event very memorable!
