Event Packages

We offer a number of services to meet your event needs.  Prices depend on the level of our involvement.  You can request a consultation for simply helping with your budget or finding a location for your venue.  We can also oversee the planning and the actual event. 

Every service can be customized to fit your needs.  Each service contains an initial consultation.  During this visit, we will determine your goals and vision for the event.  With this information, we can completely plan, organize and detail your event by establishing a customized budget as well as discussing time lines and event venues that fit into your budget and needs.  Whether you choose to have us involved in the whole planning process, only have the initial consultation, or even just use It's All About You Events as a resource, at the end of the process, you will have an event service that is tailored just for you.

"Day-of" Event Planner Service

This service is perfect for the client who has done all their planning and just wants a professional coordinator at their event.  It's All About You Events will play a vital role respectfully overseeing set up and vendors as well as answering questions and assisting all guests/participants to ensure all the activities fall into place.

This service includes:

• Up to ten hours of a professional coordinator present at your event
• Assistance with all pre-event set up and oversight of event, including services such as ensuring vendors are present, setting up all equipment, turning on A/C or heater, if needed, sound system, A/V, etc...
• Assistance with questions, such as helping with seating arrangements, instructing helpers with duties, directing guests/participants, keep vendors in sync with timing of activities and any changes.

  

Accompanied, Personalized Assistance

This service is for the client who has some of the planning done but, due to time constraints or other reasons, needs assistance in getting to the finish line.  It's All About You Events is able to pick up where the client left off, making sure that the event meets their needs and is done within budget.

This service includes:

• Up to thirty hours to complete the event
• The use of It's All About You Events' vendor resources
• Coordination of the wrap up meeting to pull everything together and to put your event into perspective with respect to vendors, timing, music, activities, important details, etc
• Walk through meeting at event site(s) and/ or overseeing the event the day of

  

Full Event Design Service

This full event design service puts our client’s mind at ease; they know every detail of their event is covered.  Full Event Design Services allows us to do the planning, coordination and oversight of the entire event from start to finish.  This service allows It's All About You Events to handle every facet of your event, from the initial consultation to when the event is complete.

This service includes:

• Up to sixty hours of service
• Unlimited use of our vendor resources
• Detailed review of service contracts
• Event floor plan and formal table layout
• Review meetings to go over event details
• Walk through the day of
  

  

À La Carte

At It's All About You Events, we will work with you to customize an event that reflects your personality and values.  This service offers a two hour meeting to help you coordinate your event. 

This À La Carte service could allow us to do the planning, coordinating and oversight of the specific services that you want us to handle, such as finding a perfect location, photographer, band, rentals, audio/visual, lighting, transportation, etc...
